Lynn Tang, Producer, Festival Director
Ms. Tang is a film and Broadway musical producer. She is the executive director of Universe Multicultural Film Festival; director of San Diego International Kids’ Film Festival; Founder of Epic ACG Fest; Chairwoman of Maeya Art Festival. 
As film producer, her feature movie (China and Hollywood) ”Hiding Sword “ won the best actor & actress awards at the Los Angeles Nollywood Film Festival. As the executive producer of Hollywood film “Senior Entourage” that with all Hollywood Icons : Ed Asner; Mark Rydell; Dick Van Dyke ; Helen Reddy; Mario Ross and Charlie Robinson. Currently, pre-production two feature films that titled as “ Kingdom of Hulu” and “The Cupid” 
As Broadway musical producer, her production “Chen Ying Rescuers the Orphan “made to Dolby theater (Oscar award Home theater) in Oct. 2016. It become the first Broadway Musical appears in Dolby theater in history. She has been 6 years in a roll as film jury and international commissioner of Seoul Guro International Kids Film Festival ( Korea); Three years in a roll as Asian Film Block director of the Broadway International Film Festival –Ensenada ( Mexico) 
Before the entertainment industry, she was a Project Manager specializing in international business exchange; she has served as a management specialist for Fortune 500 companies. She is the Shanghai (China) Zhabei District Investment Advisor and currently serves as the CEO of Maeya Films.  At 2020, Lynn Won The David Chow Hummanitarian Foundation Award. In 2021, Lynn won The  US President's Lifetime Achievment Award issued by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr's  
  Shujian Li, Yu Opera
Shujian Li is the first Chinese Opera singer to play the leading role both in Broadway theater (Studio 54, New York) and Dolby Theater (Hollywood). Mr. Li started his training in Luoyang Opera School and later entered the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts in 1985,where he specialized in the Laosheng style of singing. Over the years,Mr. Li has perfected his craft, earning him numerous accolades and honors for stunning performance in past productions of Gentle Breeze Pavilion and Shepherd Su Wu. He has been the recipient of many prestigious awards, including three National Cultural Performance Awards and two Chinese Opera Plum Blossom Awards. Mr. Li possesses an incredibly versatile vocal range, which is characterized by his effortless ability to both soars in the upper register and sustains a full lower range. Mr. Li utilizes the seven-beat style of performance, allowing him to use his voice to its full physical and emotional potential. His soulful performance as Cheng Ying in Cheng Ying Rescues the Orphan was lauded by audiences across the nation and critics havedubbed him "The number one Laosheng currently in existence." Mr. Li is also actively involved in the Chinese Opera community and holds the title of Vice-Chairman of China's Theatre Association, is the Chairman of Henan Theatre Association, and the Head of Henan No. 2 Yu Opera Troupe.
  Meiling Hu, Yu Opera
Ms. Hu is a famous Yu Opera artist. She started learning Yu Opera in 1957 at 12 years old and performed on stage the next year. Ms. Hu was the private student of Madam Chang Xiangyu, the most famous master of Yu Opera. Ms. Hu is an outstanding descendant and the No. 1 Lady Role performer of Yu Opera. She also was able to play in different character categories such as unmarried young girl、young female warriorand so on. Ms. Hu was the director of Zhengzhou Yu Opera Theatre, manager of the Chinese Drama Association, and won the Chinese Opera Plum Blossom Awards, and the State Council awarded her with the
title of "National Excellent Artist". She is the inheritor of the national and provincial intangible cultural heritage (Yu Opera);starring in the traditional Chinese opera film "The Lore on Execution Ground", and won the “Best Musical Film Award" at the Universe Multicultural Film Festival.
   Miriam Mayer Composer, Musician
Miriam Mayer is an experienced and versatile composer who assisted 5-time Oscar-winner John Williams on many of his classic scores including, SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, and CATCH ME IF YOU CAN. She scored the award-winning horror features, BUGS: A TRILOGY; the award-winning feature documentary about child marriage, KNOTS. Miriam is the winner of BEST MUSIC SCORE at the OVERCOME FILM FESTIVAL and BEST MUSIC at the INDIE HORROR FILM FESTIVAL. Miriam’s compositions are often heard on television shows including THIS IS US. She is a voting member of the EMMYS Television Academy. Her violin and viola grace several hundred film scores, including Oscar-winner Michael Giacchino’s scores to RATATOUILLE and UP.  
   Bulet Rush Producer, Actor, Singer
Well known as a film producer, actor, singer, musician, sound producer, and entrepreneur. He is an Emmy award-winning producer. He is one of the musicians of the lucky band that participated in the Global Battle of the Bands and performed in London on the stage of Astoria. He’s been producing films, short films, and TV series for quite a bit and since 2015 he’s been conquering Hollywood, CA. In 2016, he was an actor in Daytime Emmy Award Nominated digital TV series “This Just In”. Since 2017, he has produced 14 times Daytime Emmy Award-winning and 30 times nominated in various categories digital TV series “The Bay”. Since 2018, he is the guest star in the digital TV series “The Bay” and in 2019 he is the Official Judge of the 46th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.
  Dongliang Zhou, Xi Opera
Dongliang Zhou, known as "Prince of Xi Opera", is a leader in the field of Xi Opera. He is the inheritor of Xi Opera, a national intangible cultural heritage, is a famous performing artist of Xi Opera. He was born in a family with Xi Opera heritage, and his father is Linhua Zhou, a famous Xi Opera performer. He learned the art since childhood from others in an orderly way and had a clear pedigree. He has a solid foundation, both civil and martial arts, and combines the advantages of the predecessors of Xi Opera. He has formed a singing style with a sweet voice, free movements, and high spirited. His plays have won awards in provincial and national opera performances many times, and have been performed in many countries and regions, which has a wide influence on peers and audiences. In recent years, he has devoted himself to the inheritance of Xi Opera, and many of his students have become the artistic potentials of professional Xi Opera troupes. Dongliang is the winner of the 19th Chinese Opera Plum Blossom Award, the 10th Mandarin Performance Award, and the 18th Shanghai Magnolia Drama Award.
  Yunhua Dong, Xi Opera
Yunhua Dong has starred in the play "Jade Dragonfly" and "Pearl Tower". In 2000, Xi Opera Troupe rehearsed the new version of Pearl Tower. In order to "get ready on time", Dong Yunhua took only four days to play the role of the heroine Cui'e, and won the seventh Chinese drama performance award. With her outstanding professional skills, Yunhua became the leading actress of the troupe. However, when her acting career was booming, she was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia in 2008. But Dong Yunhua was not defeated. Only half a year later, she took on the burden of starring while treating. Dong Yunhua came to Shanghai with her new Xi Opera "Double Phoenixes". She's not only good at showing female roles' soft and beautiful figure and clear singing style but also good at showing xiaosheng's temperament and performance skills, which made her character Huo Dingjin unique and impressive.
   Jon Allen, Composer
Jon Allen is a composer - musician with a wide range of styles and experiences. His involvement and love for music began during his early teen years. Jon has recorded and traveled with numerous professional groups. In addition, he has written and recorded music for various television, documentary, and film projects. His composition style is broad with a sense of drama. Currently, he is working on a feature-length film with native Los Angeles director and screenwriter, Jose Renteria. Jon Allen enjoys collecting eclectic world art, has an extensive collection of museum-quality historical sword reproductions, and has a keen interest in fashion, contemporary, and period. Jon's wife, Violeta, is Peruvian and the author of five books on the cinema history of Peru. They reside in Pacific Palisades, California
  Xuebian Jing, Pu Opera
Ms.Jing was a performance master of Pu Opera. Her singing style is various, exciting, tactful, and pretty, which is full of the charm of Pu Opera. Her performance skills are natural, delicate and vivid, dignified and profound. She is especially good at "Danzi(burden) Skill" and "Shuixiu(long-sleeve) Skill". She is praised by Cao Yu, and other Masters: "Ms.Jing is an outstanding perform genius." and "a versatile actress with a wide range of acting skills", "Master of Pu Opera"
In theatrical performances, Ms.Jing was not only good at young female warriors , female role and also are capable of both modern opera and ancient costume opera. She played the leading role in more than 30 plays. The main representative works are the ancient costume female role "Love with Princess", "Female General Yang", and modern drama "Hulan Liu", and "Village Mother".
  Zhengcheng Li, Yang Opera
Zhengcheng Li, known as "Prince of Yang Opera", is the head of the Yangzhou Yang Opera Troupe. He was born in a family of opera art, first performed on stage at 8 years old. Zhengcheng has solid basic training from his mother, famous Yang Opera artist, Kaimin Li, and many opera masters, his profound singing, beautiful figure, delicate performance, erudite and versatile, forming his own artistic style of both narrative performance and martial arts performance. He has received the "Shanghai Magnolia Drama Award", the performance awards at the third and fourth Jiangsu Provincial Drama Festival. His signature works are: "Romance in a Noble Man", "The Raccoon for the Prince", and "Shi Kefa".
  Ruilian Ge, Yang Opera
As an experienced Yang Opera artist, Ruilian is one of the leading actresses of Yangzhou Yang Opera Troupe. She was admitted to Yangzhou Opera School in 1981 and was assigned to work in Yang Opera Troupe after graduation in 1988.
She mainly studied from three opera masters and built up her own performance style all these years. Her voice is sweet and enrich, her singing is fresh, natural, and full of personalities. Her performance is full of versatility, which can grasp the female characters of different ages and personalities, and accurately reflect the external performance and inner emotions. Her signature works are "Female County Governor", "Qin Xianglian", and modern opera "Twenty-four hours of true and false".
Ning Wang, Peking Opera
Ning Wang, an excellent actor in the Beijing Peking Opera Troupe, performs in Yan Style Laosheng. He entered Shandong Opera School at the age of 11 to study the performing arts of Peking Opera and admitted to the Chinese Opera Academy in 2008. Ning became a private student of the famous Peking Opera performing artist Li Chongshan in 2013. Ning Wang is the best performence winner of the 2017 San Diego International Kids' Film Festival
